Sharper lists, honest signals
Page, sort, and filter every brief list — and when something goes wrong behind the scenes, the app now tells you instead of pretending.
Released
Two upgrades across the whole workspace. First, every brief list — My Briefs, the approval queue, and the agency queue — now has proper pages, a full set of sort orders, and an assignee filter, so a long list stays workable. Second, a round of honesty fixes: wherever the app used to fail silently — an expired session, an AI hiccup, an email that didn't send — it now says so plainly and gives you a way forward. Nothing you type gets lost quietly anymore.
For everyone
Every brief list now pages, sorts, and filters
Choose 10, 25, or 50 briefs per page and jump between pages. Sort by newest, oldest, urgency, last activity, or status. Filter to briefs assigned to you, to anyone, or to no one yet — on My Briefs, the approval queue, and the agency queue alike.
Your work survives an expired session
If your session times out mid-draft, the app now says so — 'Your session expired — sign in again to continue' — and your draft stays right where it is on the page. No more silent losses or confusing errors.
If the AI stumbles, you'll know — and can retry
When a brief's AI guidance fails to generate, the page now says 'The AI couldn't finish this one' with a Retry button, instead of showing 'Thinking…' forever. Nothing is wrong with your brief — one tap starts it fresh.
Assignments and invites tell you if the email failed
If you assign a brief or invite a teammate and the notification email doesn't go out, the app says so and suggests sharing the link directly — the assignment or invite itself still lands.
Support reports no longer disappear into silence
When you report an issue, you now get an email the moment the team picks it up, resolves it, or closes it. The form also stopped promising response times — it tells you exactly what will happen instead.
For approvers
PDF exports download cleanly
Exporting the recommended plan now downloads the PDF directly. If something goes wrong, you get a plain message — not a broken browser tab.
